All Agent Analytics integrations and the direct HTTP endpoint use a “website key” bearer token authentication scheme for secure access to endpoints. Each website key is unique to the website you are tracking. If you configure multiple website domains, you will have to manage multiple API keys. You can create, view, and manage your websites and associated keys in the configuration section of the Agent Analytics feature within your workspace. All API requests must be made over HTTPS to ensure secure transmission of your credentials.

Get Your Website Key

Before setting up any integration, you’ll need to obtain your Siteline website key:

Sign up for Siteline

Create a free Siteline account if you haven’t already.

Generate Website Key

Navigate to Agent Analytics and click Generate Website Key. Save this key securely - you’ll need it for the integration setup.
